A colleague opens the saved searches in an investigation, checks the returned sources, and leaves a note beside the files. The case can move from Active to Completed without losing that work.
When someone outside the workspace needs the record, export the investigation as a PDF with its searches, notes, and files.

A common history, shared investigations, and one monthly credit pool.
Pro adds 100 credits per seat each month; Ultimate adds 200. The credits are pooled for the organization.
Know what changed in the workspace.
Owners and admins can review who searched, exported results, changed a monitor, or updated a member’s role. Filter by area, person, action, or period, then export the log as CSV or JSON.
Company SSO can use your SAML provider. A company session does not open a Personal workspace or another organization.
